Returns / Exchanges

I accept returns for defective items only at my discretion. If you feel your item is defective in some way please reach out to me with proof, and we can discuss possible corrective options.
*your item is carefully inspected prior to shipping for any defects. Keep in mind items are made from wood, and each wood piece has its own unique characteristics, and just like us, each piece can have different grain lines and coloring of the finished product.

If I agreed that item is defective, you will mail item to back me. When I receive your returned item I will refund item cost and shipping cost.  That being said, please get in touch ASAP if there are any issues with your order. 

At this time I do not accept exchanges.
